Anterior Cervical disc prosthesis is manufactured from titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) - ELI produced for interbody application in compliance with imaging techniques such as MRI-CT
After the discectomy fusion surgery the prosthesis is used to protect the mobility. The prostheses allows the flexion, extension and all the movements on rotational axis.
It is suitable for Smith-Robinson approach for Anterior section.
The prostheses has threaded structures to provide coherence on superior and inferior surfaces.
Cervical disc prostheses is also available in PEEK form.
